By using the site, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization and that your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Omni Research supplies peptide active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and related products to qualified buyers. Product descriptions, specifications, certificates of analysis, and availability are subject to change and are provided for business evaluation purposes. All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation.

Certain features may require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your account credentials secure. Omni Research may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

Pricing requests and quotes are non-binding until confirmed by a purchase order and acceptance. Payment terms, minimum order quantities, lead times, and shipping arrangements are agreed upon in writing for each transaction. Title and risk of loss pass according to the agreed shipping terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
